-About Mark-

Mark grew up in New York's Hudson valley. Wrenching in a bike shop for years sparked his passion for Design. through cycling he developed an interest in the dialog between people and their surroundings, and the role of technology in this connection. Today, mark works to bring this dialog to life.

My passion is designing objects, systems, and experiences that tackle meaningful problems
and help people people push their limits at work and play.

I approach design and user experience with a holistic mindset, sharp attention to detail, and a drive to create order and elegance out of technical complexity. My professional experience has ranged from architecting design language strategies, to leading teams in the design of complex technology products, to studying the nuances of how users from police officers to students
utilize technology in the field, to tuning part quality on the ground in Asia.

I work collaboratively to craft the big picture while finessing the details and technical design execution.

I currently live with my wife Jessie and daughter in NJ and will be relocating the the SF bay area soon.
In my spare time I can be found tinkering, building things, taking pictures, and mountain biking in the hills surrounding NYC and the Shawangunk ridge.
